摘　　要：高校教师是高等教育事业发展的基础,是提高高等教育水平、办好人民满意教育的关键。教师队伍是学校的发展之基、竞争之本、力量之源。如何打造一支学历层次高、教学力量强、社会声誉好的高水平师资队伍,是摆在高校面前最紧迫的课题。University faculty, as the foundation of the higher education cause development, is crucial to the improvement of higher education level and to a satisfactory education for the public.Teaching faculty is the foundation for development, the competition of the university and the source of its strength. How to build a high-level teaching staff with high academic level, professional teaching force and good social reputation has become an urgent subject for universities.
