摘　　要：分析宁夏医科大学第二轮岗位聘用专业技术岗位聘级情况,为进一步提高教学质量提供依据。统计宁夏医科大学医用化学系15位专兼职教师入校时间、学位变化、职称、完成课时和聘级情况。资历和课时多少不是聘级依据,科研决定一切。学校的管理举措影响了教学质量。Analysis of Ningxia Medical University in second round of post employment of professional and technical posts higher level, provide the basis for further improving the teaching quality. Ningxia Medical University Department of medical chemistry statistics 15 full-time and part-time teachers, school time,degree, title changes, finish the hours and higher level situation. What qualifications and class not hire level basis, scientific research is everything. The school management measures affecting the teaching quality.
