摘  要:基于"学科交叉、实践创新、协同育人"的理念,通过多年的研究和探索,搭建了3个层次的大实践协同创新育人平台:省级生物物理教学示范中心为常规实践平台,使实验教学为学生创新实践活动奠定坚实基础;物理创新发明、电子创新设计、生物物理交叉创新和教学技能实训为4个校内学生实践创新平台,提供了培养学生创新能力和实践技能的舞台;与企业和高校院所联合构建了社会实践创新平台,促进了学科交叉渗透,完善了创新人才培养的实践教学体系。同时,形成了"3134"人才培养模式(即3个交叉学科,1个以上项目驱动,3个层次实践创新能力训练,4年实践不断线),应用于人才培养的全过程,取得了显著成效。Based on the idea of "Interdisciplinary, Practice and Innovation, and Cooperative Education ", we constructed three levels of practicing platforms for innovation education after many years of exploration. The three levels of platform are: 1) routine practice education platform,it is the provincial-level biophysics experimental teaching center which provides a solid foundation for students' innovation activities; 2) campus-level practical innovation platform,it provides a stage for innovative ability and practical skills training on physical innovation,electronics design,biophysical cross innovation and teaching skill; 3) social practice innovation platform,it is constructed together by our school,the well-known enterprises in Shandong Province,the famous universities and scientific research institutions,it enables interdisciplinary and optimizes education on innovative talents. Meanwhile,the 3134 talent educating pattern( "3 ","1","3"and "4"represent three interdisciplinary,one or more project drive,three levels of practical innovation training and four years practices,respectively) makes great success in the progress of training talents.
