高职院校教育经费投入绩效评价指标体系初探

摘　　要：在考察绩效评价指标选取原则和构建思路步骤的基础上,基于财务性和功能性角度,构建了涵盖人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承与创新、发展潜力和政府导向等6个一级指标、22个二级指标组成的高职院校教育经费投入绩效评价指标体系。Based on the investigation of the performance evaluation index selection principle and construction steps, and in the financial and functional perspective, this paper has proposed 6 level I and 22 level II performance evaluation index, covering talent training, scientific research, social services, cultural heritage and innovation, development potential, government guidance and other aspects.
