摘　　要：高等医药院校学生的就业压力持续增长,已经成为重大而紧迫的社会民生问题之一。运用文献法、调查法和访谈法,归纳分析当前高等医药院校学生就业竞争力的特点与现状。基于心理契约理论背景,提出创新高等医药院校学生就业指导工作、提升其就业竞争力的具体实践路径。Nowadays the students of medical colleges and universities are under the big pressure of employment. With the help of documentary,investigation and interview,this paper generalizes existing circumstances of employment competitiveness in medical universities. Under the theory of psychological contract,this paper puts forward some suggestions for promoting employment competitiveness of the students of medical universities.
