摘　　要：课题通过大量的调查研究和实践,借鉴国内外在职业教育质量监控与评价方面的研究成果,科学分析了职业教育教学质量的内涵和影响教学质量的各种因素。同时,对构建高职院校教学质量监控与评价体系的设计原则进行了理论研究,形成了工学结合模式下全程式"334"教学质量监控体系和评价体系,并形成良性的运行机制。Through a lot of investigation and our college practice and based on the research achievements of vocational education quality monitoring and evaluation at home and abroad, this article analyses the connotation of vocational education teaching quality and the various factors affecting the quality of teaching. It also discusses the design principles of constructing teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in higher vocational colleges, forming the whole process ＂334＂ teaching quality monitoring system and evaluation system under the work-study combination mode, and a reasonable operating mechanism follows.
