摘  要:实验研究鹰嘴豆中D-松醇对STZ诱导的II型糖尿病小鼠的降血糖功效。以高糖高脂饲料辅以小剂量的STZ建立糖尿病动物模型,造模成功后按血糖值将小鼠分为5组。在实验期间,依次灌胃实验组小鼠不同剂量的D-松醇,定期测量小鼠的空腹血糖值及体重。4周后,对小鼠进行口服葡萄糖耐量实验,32d后,测定小鼠的的AST、ALT、INS指标。鹰嘴豆D-松醇能够显著降低糖尿病小鼠空腹以及餐后血糖值,修复小鼠肝损伤,改善糖尿病小鼠胰岛细胞功能以及体重骤降的现象。鹰嘴豆D-松醇具有降血糖功效,能够降低患病小鼠的空腹血糖值,改善糖耐量,同时具有修复肝损伤的功效。To verify the antihyperglycemic activity of D-pinitol from chickpeas on diabetes mellitus mice caused by STZ. Intraperitomealinjection STZ with high-sugar and fat diet was given to mice for four weeks. According to the glucose level, mice were divided into five groups. During the experimental period, the mice of the experimental group garage different dose of D-pinitol extracted from chickpeas. Body weight and glucose level were measured. After four weeks, the mice took oral glucose tolerance test. After thirty- two days, the biochemical indicators level of mice in AST, ALT, INS were tested. The extract of D-pinitol from chickpeas can drop fasten plasma blood glucose level of diabetes mice obviously, drop postprandial blood glucose level of diabetesmice obviously, repair the injured liver, improve the function of insulin and weigh lose.
