摘 要:目的:了解内江地区高中生性知识现状及其来源,为有针对性地开展青春期性教育提供依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样法,对内江地区1176名学生进行性知识现状及其来源问卷调查。结果:高中生性知识缺乏,多数学生不清楚性器官的名称,17.50%的男生对遗精有困扰,60.69%的女生对月经有困扰;7.89%的男生及20.68%的女生认为性梦"是道德不好的表现"或"让人难堪";11.04%的男生及25.14%的女生认为性幻想"是道德不好的表现"或"让人难堪";40.74%的男生及77.42%的女生不清楚"性自慰是人类的正常性行为之一"。高中生性知识获取途径多样,但质量堪忧,49.06%的高中生性知识的第一位来源是"同学或朋友";35.74%的男生及18.55%的女生浏览过色情读物,40.00%的男生及12.10%的女生观看过黄色视频材料。结论:内江地区高中生性观念较开放,但性知识缺乏;性知识获取途径多样,但质量堪忧;切实加强性教育师资建设,力求性教育教师专业化;充分发挥同伴教育的优势,调动学生自学能力;转变家长观念,发挥家庭性教育的优势。Objectives: To understand the current situation and source of sex knowledge of senior high school students in Neijiang area,and to provide basis for adolescent sex education. Methods: 1176 high school students in Neijiang area,chosen by random cluster sampling method,were surveyed using questionnaire to understand the current situation and source of sex knowledge. Results: Lack of sexual knowledge,most senior high school students did not know the name of sexual organs; 17. 50% of boys were bothered by seminal emission and60. 69% of girls were bothered to menstruation; 7. 89% of boys and 20. 68% of girls thought sexual dreams as " bad form" or " embarrassing"; 11. 04% of boys and 25. 14% of girls thought sexual fantasy as " bad form" or " embarrassing"; 40. 74% of boys and 77. 42% of girls did not know " sexual masturbation was one of the normal humansexual behavior". High school students got sex knowledge in diverse ways,but with poor quality. For 49. 06% of high school students,the main source of sex knowledge was " classmates or friends"; 35. 74% of boys and 8. 55%of girls read pornographic books; 40% of boys and 12. 10% of girls watched adult video. Conclusion: Senior high school students in Neijiang area are open to sex,but lack of sexual knowledge; they obtain sex knowledge in many ways,but with poor quality. We should further strengthen the training and professionalization of teachers,establish various forms of sex education and give full play to peer education and family education.
