摘 要:基因工程技术是现代生物技术中发展最迅速的核心技术,它的主要贡献是为社会提供优质产品,为人类提供社会服务。相关实验课程的完成质量对该技术的发展至关重要,但是,目前基因工程实验课程教学存在许多问题。例如:教学经费投入不足;教学内容老化;实验难度大、周期长;学生自主实验的积极性不高以及缺乏贴近行业的创新性实验项目等。因此,其改革方向为:加强实验室建设,增加教学投入;加强师资培训,提高教师业务素质;更新实验内容、调整实验结构;改革教学方式;实验教学应与科研实践、毕业设计相结合以及更新考核方式等。通过改革探析与实践,基因工程实验教学课程改革在科研,考研和毕业生实习等方面取得较大进展。The genetic engineering technology,which is developing rapidly,is the core of the modern biological technology. Its main contribution is to provide products of high quality for the society and social services for the human. The completion quality of the relevant experimental courses is vital to the development of the technology. But the current teaching exists many problems,such as the insufficient education funds investment,the aging experimental teaching content,difficult experiment with long cycle,the low enthusiasm of students and the lack of the innovative experimental project close to the industry. Therefore,the direction of the reformation is to strengthen the construction of laboratory and increase investment,to reinforce the training and improve teachers' professional quality,to update the experiment's content and adjust its structure,to reform the teaching methods,to combine the experiment teaching with scientific research practice and graduation design,and to update experiment's examination way. Through the analysis and practice of reformation,The genetic engineering experiment teaching course have had larger progress in terms of scientific research,examination of postgraduate and graduation field work.
