摘　　要：为推动地方高校向应用技术类高校的转型,探讨基于应用型人才培养的食品专业英语教学在教学内容、教学方法上,包括拓宽教学素材、强化写作训练、学习获取外文专业文献和行业信息的方法的一系列改革措施,加强听说训练,发挥学生积极主动性,培养合格的应用型专业人才。Based on the applied talent training and the current situation of food special English teaching in Jining University, some reasonable improvement measures were provided, such as expanding the teaching material, strengthening written expression, oral communication and ac- cess to foreign literature and industry information. The teaching method of giving full play to students＂ initiative is also included.
