摘  要:随着护理事业的不断创新和发展,社会对高职护生的人文素质要求已上升到和专业素质要求平衡的地位,但在护理实践中护生表现出来的人文能力仍显得不足。本文从高职高专护理教育现状出发,分析影响护生人文素质培养的因素,从如何提高人文素质教育效果、怎样营造良好的人文教育环境方面提出了建议,以提高护生人文素质培养的实效性,提升整体护理水平。The society for the humanistic quality requirements and professional quality requirements of higher vocational nursing students rise balance status, with the constant innovation and development of nursing career, but humanistic ability of nursing students in nursing practice is insufficient. In this paper, starting from the present situation of higher vocational nursing education, analysis of influence fac-tors of humanistic quality education of nursing students, from how to improve the effect of humanity quality education, how to build good humanistic education environment are proposed, in order to improve the effectiveness of humanistic quality education of nursing students,enhance the level of holistic nursing.
