摘　　要：中医骨伤科专科医师培训是中医住院医师培训的重要组成部分,有其独特的培养要求及带教方法,应针对不同层次、结合临床,重点培养其临床思维能力和临床操作能力,兼顾科研能力的提高,方可达到培养"实战型"中医骨伤科人才的目的。Chinese Medical Speciallist training of Orthopedics and Traumatology is the important part of Chinese Medical Speciallist training, which has the special training characteristic and teaching method. It should make the teaching on the basis of different level and combining the experience of clinic practice, focus on training the clinical thinking ability and operational capacity, and give consideration to improve the scientific research capacity at the same time. Thus, the goal of cultivating strength Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology talent can be achieved.
