摘  要:临床实习在医学教育中至关重要。在临床医学八年制学生的内科实习阶段实施导师制,可有效消除传统实习方式存在的弊端,充分调动教师教学的主动性和学生学习的积极性,真正实现"个体化"教学,有助于学生综合素质的全面提高。Clinical practice is a very important part of the medical education. The tutorial system which implemented in clinical practice of internal medicine among the medical students in eight-year program could effectively eliminate the disadvantages of the traditional mode of practice, fully mobilized the teaching initiative of teachers and learning enthusiasm of students, accomplish the "individual" teaching, and help to improve the comprehensive quality of the students.
