摘  要:新一轮本科教学评估制度下,高校需要加强自我评估能力,充分发挥教学督导的督教、督学、督管、督改的职能作用,自觉提高学校办学水平和专业人才培养质量。在分析院校评估指标和专业认证标准项的基础上,针对高校督导的职能定位,指出当前督导工作面临的挑战,探讨了适应现代学生观、教学观、质量观和评价观的督导工作新要求和对支持环境的要求。Universities and colleges need to reinforce their abilities of self-evaluation so as to bring the educational inspectors into full play in supervising teaching activities,learning and administrating,thus to improve their abilities in running and administrating the university,and training qualities of professional students consciously nowadays. Based on the analysis of the indicators of evaluating universities and colleges and the standards for professional certification,the study indicates what challenges the educational inspectors face with and discusses the new model of how to fulfill the task of supervision and the requirements of educational inspectors' working environments and conditions,which will be fit for the concept of students,the concept of teaching,the concept of quality and the concept of evaluation.
