摘　　要：采用文献研究、实地调研和理论分析等方法,结合农村学习型党组织的学习特点及教育需求,基于服务优势与可行性、服务内容与体系等,探究面向农村学习型党组织建设的现代远程教育服务模式。该模式以农村学习型党组织及其成员为主体,以教育需求为导向,以资源服务、技术设施服务、学习过程服务和管理服务等为主要内容,以服务满意度为质量评价标准。By means of literature research,field research and theoretical analysis,the modern distance education service mode for rural learning-type Party organization construction is inquired in the paper through analyzing the learning characteristics and educational needs of rural learning-type Party organizations and the advantage,feasibility,content and system of the service.The mode takes the rural learning-type Party organization and its members as the main body,the education demand,resource service,technology infrastructure service,learning process and management service as the main content,with the service satisfaction as the quality evaluation criteria.
