摘 要:以鳕鱼皮为原料,采用木瓜蛋白酶和胰酶混合酶的方法,从鳕鱼皮中提取硫酸皮肤素,并通过乙醇沉淀的方法得到最终产品。研究料液比、酶添加量、p H、时间和温度等单因素对提取率的影响,并通过正交试验法对混合酶法提取硫酸皮肤素工艺条件进行优化。结果表明,混合酶提取硫酸皮肤素的最佳工艺为:料液比1∶25 mg/m L、酶添加量0.5%、p H8.5、提取时间22 h、提取温度50℃。采用此工艺条件提取率达到4.409%。In this paper, the dermatan sulfate was extracted from cod skin with mixed enzymes including papain and trypsin to obtain the final product through ethanol precipitation. The optimum extracting conditions of dermatan sulfate were investigated by single factor and orthogonal tests. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions were as follows:liquid-solid ratio was 25∶1, enzymes addition was 0.5%, pH8.5, extraction time was 22 h, extraction temperature was 50 ℃. Extraction rate was 4.409 % by this process conditions.
