摘　　要：通讯技术日新月异,通讯业务应用广泛,高等院校通讯类专业课程需要不断进行教学改革,建立科学的课程教学模式和实践模式,实施创新型人才培养。"电信交换技术"是电子信息与通信工程类专业的一门核心专业课程。为了让学生深入理解各种交换技术,文章探索了课程教学内容的设置、教学重点难点分析、教学方法手段、教学过程设计、教学效果与创新,探讨了课程考核评价方法。实践表明,该方式提高了教学质量,达到了教学效果。Communication technology changes with each passing day and the communication business has a wide application. The relevant specialized courses in higher vocational colleges need to reform continuously to set up scientific teaching and practice mode and implement innovative talents training. Telecommunications Switching Technology is a core curriculum of the electronic information and communication engineering specialty. In order to let the students understand various switching technologies, this paper explores the teaching content setting, teaching difficult points analysis, teaching methods, teaching process design, teaching effect and innovation and curriculum evaluation methods. Practice shows that these ways improve the teaching quality and teaching effect.
