校企协同共创“三进三促三赢”合作育人新模式——以江苏海事职业技术学院物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：基于国家高等(职业)教育"合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展"的精神,探索校企合作育人的创新模式。以江苏海事职业技术学院与苏宁的校企合作为例,详细介绍了"三进三促三赢"的校企合作模式,并对校企合作的成果及其对参与双方及学生的积极作用进行了总结。In this paper, based on the cooperative spirits in the development of national higher vocational education, we explored an innovative mode for the cooperation of schools and enterprises in talent cultivation and then in the case of the cooperation between Jiangsu Maritime Vocational ＆ Technical College and Suning, introduced in detail the ＂three advancements, three promotions and three wins＂ mode, and at the end, summarized the outcome of the cooperation of the two and how it positively effeeted them and the students.
