摘  要:目的调查医护人员对在线教育的认知情况,分析在线教育的潜在对象、教学内容和方法。方法以武警河南总队医院856名在职医护人员为研究对象,采用自行设计的《在线教育认知情况调查问卷》对所有对象进行问卷调查和分析。结果共回收有效问卷843份,其中有9%的受试者准确地知道在线教育的概念,而有76%的受试者不清楚在线教育和远程教育的区别。希望获得学历仍是参与在线教育人员的主要目的之一(29%),67%的对象可接受的在线教育年均投入约为500~1000元,低学历、初级职称人员参与在线教育的意向较高学历和高级职称者更为突出。结论医护人员对在线教育的认知仍需加强,能否取得正规学历,能否与传统继续教育的学分制度较好衔接是制约在线教育发展的重要条件。在课程的设置上,向资历较浅、学历较低(本科以下)的初中级职称人员倾斜,更容易取得大范围的受众。Objective To investigate the cognitive situation of online education in medical staff,and analyze the potential objects,teaching content and methods of online education. Methods 856 in-service staff of Henan Provincial Corps Hospital were selected as the research object,the cognition of online education in all medical staff were investigated and analyzed by using the self-designed questionnaire of online education cognition. Results 843 valid questionnaires were collected,9% of participants in the research accurately knew the concept of online education,76% of participants in the research didn't know the difference between online education and distance education. Diploma was still one of the main purpose of participating in online education( 29%). 67% of participants in the research could accept the annual investment of online education was $ 500 to $ 1 000. Low education,junior professional title staff preferred to participate in online education. Conclusions Cognition of online education in medical staff needed to be strengthened. Whether can obtain a diploma and better contact with the academic score system of continuing education or not were the important conditions which restrict the development of online education. In the arrangements of online education courses,focus on low seniority and educated( under bachelor's degree) staff will access to the widest range of audiences.
