构建高职院校关工委工作长效机制的思考

摘　　要：各级教育部门、关心下一代工作委员会十分重视关工委在高职院校的建设和工作。近年来,高职院校关工委工作取得了长足发展,组织建设取得了较大成绩,但是目前的工作中还存在一些困难和问题,如部分高职院校对关工委工作的重视程度不够,队伍建设滞后,工作发展不平衡,经费投入不足,落实不到位等情况。进一步推动高职院校关工委的工作,需要领导重视、强化组织建设、制度建设,加强关工队伍建设,把握关工委工作规律,积极开展活动,搭建工作平台,建立起切实发挥高职院校关工委作用的长效机制。The Committee on Care for Children has attached great importance to the work of their branch organi- zation in higher vocational colleges. They have made great achievement, especially in the establishment of the branches. However, problems and difficulties also arise. Some vocational colleges don＇t attach enough importance to the work of the committee; the faculty is inefficient; their work progress is uneven across different sectors; the appropriation is inad- equate and is not in place in time. To solve these problems, the paper suggests that the head of the colleges should take the work seriously, establish a sound system, build an efficient faculty team, study the rules of work, be active in orga- nizing the activities, and establish a long-term working mechanism for the committee.
