泛在学习环境下独立学院教师教学能力初探

摘　　要：移动互联技术和智能终端的快速发展,为泛在学习提供了技术支持和使用空间。在综合分析泛在学习的典型特征和独立学院学生特点的基础上,从教学方式组织、学习资源设计、学生学习引导、学生心理疏通和参与学习协作等几个方面对泛在学习环境下独立学院教师的教学能力进行了思考和探索。The rapid developments of mobile internet technology and intelligent terminals have provided the technical support and the space of use for the ubiquitous learning. The typical characteristics of ubiquitous learning and the features of independent colleges＇ students are analyzed in this paper. Based on the analysis mentioned above, the teaching abilities of independent college teachers＇ under the ubiquitous learning environment are thought and explored, including the organization of teaching method, the design of learn-ing resources, the learning guide of students, the leading of students＇ psychology, the participation of learning collaboration and so on.
