摘　　要：本文从人才培养目标、体制机制改革、人才培养模式改革、教学内容与方法改革几方面,探索与实践了我院的材料科学与工程专业的转型发展,为专业的转型发展及培养材料科学与工程专业高素质应用型创新人才的培养积累了有益的经验。From talent cultivation objectives, system and mechanism reform, talent cultivation model reform, teaching content and method reform, this paper explores and practices the transformation and development of material science and engineering major of our college, aiming to accumulate beneficial experience for the transformation and development of the major, as well as the cultivation of high-quality applied and innovative material science and engineering talents.
