摘  要:针对传统的基于张量积小波变换融合方法生成的融合结果图像空间分辨率偏低且易产生方块效应、HSI变换融合方法保持光谱信息能力较差、基于非下采样三通不可分小波多光谱图像融合方法空间分辨率偏低等不足,提出了一种基于抽样矩阵为[2,1;-1,1]的三通道不可分小波的采样方式,并提出了基于该采样方式下的多光谱图像和全色图像融合方法。利用矩阵扩充的方法构造了一组具有对称性的三通道不可分滤波器组,分别对多光谱图像的亮度分量和全色图像做采样多尺度分解,对分解后的低频分量和高频分量按不同的融合规则进行融合。实验结果表明,所建议的方法融合结果图像清晰,能保持较好的光谱信息和高空间分辨率信息。该方法保持原多光谱图像的光谱信息的能力、保持原全色图像的空间分辨率的能力比基于DWT、基于HSI-DWT、基于HSI-Contourlet、基于HSI-Curvelet和基于HSI-STCNW的融合方法都强。与基于非下采样三通道不可分小波(HSI-TCNONW)的融合方法相比,该方法有较高的空间分辨率。该方法能保持原图像的较好的边缘信息和结构特征。The image fusion method based on classic tensor product wavelet transform has block effect in the fused image and the spatial resolution of the fused image is low.The spectral information of the fusion method based on HSI transform is poor.The fusion method based on nonsubsampled three channel non-separable wavelet transform has low spatial resolution.In order to solve these problems,a new multispectral image fusion method based on sampled three channel non-separable wavelets with the dilation matrix of [2,1;-1,1]is proposed.A set of symmetric three channel non-separable filter banks relating to this kind of wavelet are constructed with matrix expansion method.Using the filter banks,the multi-scale decompositions of the intensity of the multispectral image and the panchromatic image are performed.The decomposed low frequency and high frequency components are fused with different fusion rules.The experiment results show that the proposed method can obtain clear fused image,preserve good spectral information and high spatial resolution information.The proposed fusion method is stronger than the fusion methods based on DWT,HSI-DWT,HSI-Contourlet,HSI-Curvelet and HSI-STCNW in preserving the spectral information of original multispectral image and the spatial resolution of original panchromatic image.Compared with the fusion method based on HSI-TCNONW,the proposed method has higher spatial resolution; and can preserve good edge information and structure feature of the original image.
