摘  要:采用固相微萃取法(SPME)萃取苦石莲中的挥发性物质并结合气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对苦石莲中挥发性成分的组成进行了分析。从苦石莲的挥发性成分中共分离出84个色谱峰并鉴定了其中47种成分(相似度均大于90%),峰面积之和占总挥发性成分的64.49%,挥发性成分中相对含量最高的为壬二酸二甲酯(8.35%),其后依次为己酸己酯(6.30%)、己酸(5.89%)、己酸甲酯(5.66%)、14-甲基十五烷酸(5.54%)和己酸戊酯(5.10%)。苦石莲的挥发性成分由脂肪酸及其酯类、烃类、酮类、醇类和醛类等组成,其中脂肪酸及其酯类(占总挥发性成分的54.88%)为苦石莲中挥发性成分的主要种类。The volatile components of Caesalpinia minax Hance was extracted by SPME and analyzed by GC-MS based on the HPMSD Productivity ChemS tation. A total of 84 peaks were separated from the extract of Caesalpinia minax Hance and 47 components were identified( similarities were all greater than 90%),which accounted for 64. 49% of the total volatile components' peak areas. The main components were dimethyl azelate( 8. 35%),hexyl hexanoate( 6. 30%),caproic acid( 5. 89%),methyl hexanoate( 5. 66%),14-methylpentadecanoic acid( 5. 54%) and amyl hexanoate( 5. 10%),etc. The main volatile components of Caesalpinia minax Hance were fatty acids and fatty acid esters,hydrocarbons,ketones,alcohols and aldehydes,etc.,among them,fatty acids and fatty acid esters that accounted for 54. 88% of the total volatile components,were the primary kinds.
