摘　　要：社会服务是促进高职教育发展的必然要求。浙江育英职业技术学院文秘专业通过分段式和"双师制"的培养方式,提升专业社会服务能力。高职文秘专业社会服务能力建设,需要增强专业社会服务意识,整合专业群优势,加强师资队伍建设,构建"大职业教育观"背景下的社会服务体系。Social service is the requirement of promoting the development of higher vocational education.Zhejiang Yuying College of Vocational Technology tries to promote students＇ professional social service ability through the step-by-step and ＂double-qualified teacher＂ mode. The construction of social service ability of secretary major in vocational colleges should strengthen the professional social service consciousness, integrate the advantage of professional group, reinforce the construction of teaching staff and build the social service system under the background of ＂great vocational education concept＂.
