摘　　要：高职院校教师继续教育应立足我国高等教育实际,针对不同层次的教师能力要求,构建新任教师、骨干教师和中青年教师不同成长阶段的继续教育内容系统和培训途径,建立多层次、多途径、多文化发展的高效高职院校教师继续教育培训体系,以促进高职教育的可持续发展。Higher vocational colleges should base the continuing education of their teachers on the reality of China＇s higher education, build the content system and training pathway of the continuing education of new, backbone and young middle-aged teachers at their different growth stages for the requirement of different-level teachers＇ abilities, and establish the effective training system of the continuing education of teachers in higher vocational colleges with the multi-level, multi-channel and multi-cultural development in order to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
