摘　　要：为帮助学生有效掌握发育遗传学学科内容,构建以出生缺陷为主线的发育遗传学选修课程体系,采用以CBS教学为主、以循序渐进的自学能力培养为辅的教学模式,并进行了相应的教学实践。实践表明,这些措施可帮助学生较好掌握学科知识点,有效提高自学能力及学习质量。In order to help students master the contents of developmental genetics, teachers constructed optional course system of de-velopmental genetics with birth defects as the main line, and carried out its teaching by adopting a CBS-based, progressive-cultivation-of-self-learning-capability-supplemented teaching mode. The teaching practice shows that these measures can help students better grasp the knowledge of the course, and effectively improve their self-learning ability and learning quality.
