鸿都门学与现代高等专科院校的差异及启示

摘　　要：鸿都门学是中国教育史上第一所文学艺术专科学校。通过对东汉末年的鸿都门学与我国现代高等专科院校在产生背景、选拔方式和生源、教学内容以及文化氛围浓厚方面的差异性进行研究,深化对我国现代高等专科院校的认知。其启示是我国现代高等专科院校在准确定位的基础上,采取横向选拔、改革课程、建设文化等策略来促进我国现代高等专科院校更好地改革和发展。Hongdumen school is the first academy of art and literature in China＇s educational history. Through comparing the background, student source and selection method, contents of teaching and cultural atmosphere between Hongdumen school in late Han Dynasty and colleges in modern China, a deeper cognition of colleges in modern China is reached. The enlightenments of this study is that the strategies such as horizontal selection, course reform and culture construction can be adopted on the basis of accurate positioning so as to promote better reform and development in modern collleges.
