摘　　要：校企合作指的是在我国职业教育中为满足企业用人的需要,在高职院校教育教学过程中建立学校与企业共同育人的一种办学模式。[0]是培训学生技能,适应工作岗位需要,提高学生就业率的有效手段。校企合作办学模式因办学特色不同,各职业院校往往在具体合作中会有所区别,但人才培养的目标是清晰的、一致的,就是培养现行条件下适应岗位需求的,具有应用能力和创新能力的技能型人才。College-enterprise cooperation refers to a mode of running colleges and enterprises to establish common education in the process of College education, in order to meet with the need of business occupation in China. As one effective means of improving students＇ employment rate, it also aims at training students＇ skills to adapt to the job needs.College-enterprise cooperation mode may differ because of the different characteristics of the colleges for their specific cooperation, but the personnel training goal is clear and consistent, that is, to cultivate the position adapted to the demand of the current conditions, which means, to cultivate the skilled college students with capability and innovative ability.
