摘　　要：高职教育人才质量管理是提高高职教育质量的核心问题。本文以全面质量管理的体系管理原理、过程原理及人本原理等为切入点,对高职院校全面质量管理进行现实性分析,提出全面质量管理下的高职人才质量管理指导思想,旨在通过高职人才质量管理的内涵分析,构建高职人才质量管理体系。Quality management for talents training in higher vocational schools is the keyword to improve the quality of vocational education. With the system management principles, process principles and the humanism for overall quality management as a starting point, the qualitative analysis is made about the realization of overall quality management in higher vocational schools. The guiding principles for overall talent quality in higher vocational schools are proposed. By analyzing the connotations of overall talent quality in higher vocational schools, the overall talent quality management is constructed.
