摘 要:课堂教学是高校人才培养工作的重要组成部分,课堂教学质量评估是促进和保障教学质量的有效手段。本文结合作者所在医院儿科学系2009-2013学年开展的多元化课堂教学质量评估实践,分析学生、专家和领导评教结果,提出多元化教学质量评估的必要性、优缺点以及评估结果在应用中的注意事项。发现坚持开展多元化课堂教学质量评估,能促进教师不断改进授课水平,适应不同层次学生的要求,避免单一评教的不足,值得推广和应用。Classroom teaching is an important part of college training work,classroom teaching quality assessment is an effective means to promote and guarantee the quality of teaching.In the basis of the practice of diverse classroom teaching quality evaluation in pediatrics department of our hospital during2009 to 2013,this paper is aimed to analyze the results of evaluation of teaching by students,experts and leaderships,propose the necessity,advantages and disadvantages of diverse teaching quality assessment,and the precautions of assessment results applications.Diversification of classroom teaching quality assessment can promote the continuous improvement of teaching level,adapt to the requirements of students at different levels,and avoid the single evaluation of teaching.So diverse classroom teaching quality evaluation is worth to promote and apply.
