摘  要:针对高等职业院校教师应具备的能力,以校企合作共建校企利益共同体为载体,将师资队伍的培养有效融入共同体的建设和运营过程中,使专业带头人、骨干教师、青年教师等不同层次有不同需求的教师在共同体的建设和运营中承担不同的工作任务,得到不同的发展空间,在完成利益共同体建设和运营任务的同时也提升了师资队伍的整体素质和业务水平。Higher vocational school teachers should have the ability to build a school-enterprise cooperation between schools and enterprises interests of the Community as a carrier, will train teachers in the effective integration into the construction and operation of the community, so that professional leaders, teachers, young teachers, etc. there are different needs at different levels of teachers assume different tasks in the construction and operation of the Community, and get a different space for development, in the interests of the community to complete the construction and operation tasks but also enhance the overall quality and level of business faculty.
