高职院校辅导员职业能力发展探析

摘　　要：作为高职院校从事学生工作的专业人员,高职院校辅导员职业能力的发展受到多方面因素的影响和制约。高职院校可以从加强学校制度建设、规范工作程序、启发内在动力等方面提升辅导员的职业能力,重点做好合理量化辅导员工作、完善辅导员岗位管理办法、帮助辅导员明确职业定位等工作,同时实现辅导员工作的规范化、精细化和亲情化。As a college student work, professional development of counselors, occupational ability in higher vocational colleges is affected and restricted by many factors. Higher vocational colleges from strengthening the building of school system, standardizing the procedure, the inspired internal impetus improve counselor＇s occupational ability, focus on doing the work of counselors, reasonable quantification way, perfect management counselor to help instructors clearly occupation positioning work, realize the counselors work standardization, refinement and family at the same time.
