摘 要:创新型企业文化是形成企业竞争优势的重要前因变量。当前已有研究指出创新型企业文化可以间接提升企业绩效,但很少有研究涉及创新型企业文化作用于企业成长的路径。在探讨创新型企业文化通过企业战略能力对企业成长影响机理的基础上,提出理论研究假设,并通过新疆221个科技型中小企业被试问卷数据进行了实证分析。研究结果表明:在控制了创新型企业文化均值后,员工归属感均值则不再对企业成长有显著影响作用;在控制了员工归属感均值的情况下,创新型企业文化均值还能显著影响企业成长;企业战略能力即战略的制定力和执行力在创新型企业文化与企业成长之间具有部分的中介关系。Innovative enterprise culture is an important antecedent variables to form a competitive advantage of enterprises. Cur-rent studies have pointed out that innovative enterprise culture can indirectly enhance corporate performance, but few studies have been involved in the path of innovative enterprise culture's effect on enterprises' growth. This paper explores the impact of innovative enter-prise culture through corporate strategic capability on enterprises' growth and proposes research hypotheses. Then the data of samples in Xinjiang's 221 high-tech SMEs was collected for empirical analysis. The results show that:after the control of mean value of the innova-tive enterprise culture, the mean employees' sense of belonging no longer has a significant effect on the enterprises' growth;in the case of the control of mean employees' sense of belonging, innovative enterprise culture can significantly affect the mean enterprises' growth yet. Between innovative enterprise culture and enterprises' growth, corporate strategic capability, that is strategy formulation force and strategy execution force, plays a part intermediary relationship.
