摘　　要：针对高职院校人才培养中存在的共性问题,通过对芜湖职业技术学院"点、线、面、体"人才培养机制、分析,研究高职院校"政行企校"联合培养人才机制的构建。高职院校要在准确自我定位的基础上,完善职业教育与经济社会同步发展的动态调节机制;平衡人才培养的"滞后性""同步性"和"未来性";将高职院校、政府、行业和企业有效对接并融为一体,形成知识领域、行政领域和产业领域的多力合一和有效同步,服务技术技能人才的培养和地方经济社会的发展。Focusing on the mutual problems existing in the talent training in higher vocational institutes, we study the building of government-guild-enterprise-institute mechanism of talent training in higher vocational institutes through the case study on the talent training mechanism of ＂point-line-surface-body＂ in Wuhu Institute of Technology. In educational practice, higher vocational institutes should complete dynamic regulation mechanism of vocational education and economic and social development on the base of accurate self-orientation;balance the hysteretic nature, synchronism and futurity in talent training; and integrate institutes, government, guild and enterprise which have their own different value synchronicity of all powers to serve the cultivation of skilled of local economy. systems and functions, forming the integration and high-quality human resources and the development of local economy.
