摘　　要：文章分析了高职院校开放性办学的现状和必要性,列举了具体实施方法。对招生和教学管理制度深化改革,高职院校和本地区的相关企业深度合作,使职业教育呈现宽泛的弹性和适应性,建立面向市场和企业的开放性办学新体制。This paper analyzes the present situation and necessity of open education of higher vocational colleges, enumerates the concrete implementation method. Deepening the reform of enrollment and teaching management system, make the occupation education has broad resilience and adaptability, the establishment of market oriented and enterprise open education new system. Related enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges and the local area of the depth of cooperation, make the occupation owns broad flexibility and adaptability, set up a markt oriented and enterprise open education new system.
