摘　　要：西部高师音乐教育如何在华夏文明传承创新示范区建设和全民素质教育过程中发挥其生动有趣、贴近生活并富有成效的功能,挖掘和利用乡土音乐校本课程是行之有效的方法。How will musical education of normal colleges in western region inherit and innovate the construction of demonstration zone in Chinese culture and play the role of being vivid and interesting ,close to life and productive in the process of national all-round development education It is an effective way to develop and utilize the school-based curriculum of local country music.
