摘  要:农村青年教师健康成长,不仅关系到青年教师个人事业前途,而且还影响到农村学生身心发展,在很大程度上决定着农村教育事业发展进程。现实教学环境中,还存在诸多制约农村教师心理健康发展的诸多要素。教育主管部门及学校领导应为青年教师发展扫清障碍,青年教师也要主动学习,积极投入到教学实践中去。只有这样,青年教师才能健康成长,愉快发展。The healthy growth of rural young teachers not only relates to young teachers' personal career development but also affects the physical and mental development of rural students at large. To a large extent,it may also determine the course of educational undertakings in rural areas. In real teaching environment,there are various factors which restrict the mental health development of rural young teachers. Therefore,relevant educational authorities and rural schools should exert their utmost to facilitate the mental health development of rural young teachers and at the same time,these young teachers should also devote themselves to learning and teaching in a proactive manner so as to promote their healthy career development.
