卡宁厄姆的“贴心阅读”与后理论时代文学的审美阐释

摘　　要：在理论热降温后的今天,如何阐释文学经典的问题又有了重新思考的必要。深受理论影响的文学阐释仍然把文学等同于其他类型的文化表达,过分强调意识形态的重要性。而质疑理论的文学阐释有的又开始忽视文学的文化内容和政治倾向,用艺术标准衡量一切。通过回顾理论家们的反思和作家们的实践,尤其是莫里森对福克纳的贴心阅读,试图强调文学的内容和形式不可分割,文学研究对于阐释和审美不应偏废。With the post-Theory age comes the need for reconsidering how to interpret literary classics. Interpretations deeply influenced by Theory that still deem literature to be the same as other types of cultural expression and overstress the importance of ideological concern,while interpretations that are critical of theory tend to overlook literature＇s cultural contents and political tendencies and advocate artistic standard as unique. Through reviewing theorists＇ rethinking and writers＇ practice,especially Toni Morrison＇s touching reading of William Faulkner,this paper stresses that content and form cannot be separated from each other in literature and that neither interpretation nor aesthetics should be disregarded in literary studies.
