摘  要:探讨了我国青少年科技创新教育存在的具体问题,分析了科技创新教育的师资队伍现状,总结了我校生物科学专业提升师范生科技创新教育能力的前期工作和实施效果;在上述讨论的基础上,提出了培养理科师范生科技创新教育能力的策略和目标,包括重构人才培养方案、优化课程设置体系、构建共享实践平台等,旨在为科技创新教育人才培养提供借鉴和参考。In this paper some specific questions were discussed about education of scientific and technological innovation capacity in China, and current situation was also analyzed about teaching staffs of scientific education, and then preliminary works and implementation effects of ability training in scientific education of biological major in our university were summarized. Strategies and work objectives were put forward to promote educating ability of science normal students in scientific and technological innovation capacity on the base of about discussions, including reconstituting plan of training the talented person, optimizing curriculum system and constructing the shared platform of training base, etc. in order to providing the reference to the innovation of talents training mode of science normal students.
