摘  要:文章介绍了新加坡南洋理工学院"教学工厂"理念,探讨了高职院校"工学结合"人才培养中存在的问题及从NYP"教学工厂"理念中得到的启示。高职院校要形成以政府主导,学校、企业、社会积极参与的职业教育格局,加强双师型队伍建设,加强学院自身内涵建设,采取规范又灵活的教学管理制度,开展项目化教学,建立基于双赢机制的校企合作等措施,这些对推动高等职业教育的发展有着十分重要的意义。The paper introduces the concept of Singapore Nan Yang Polytechnic "teaching factory" and discusses the existing problems in "combining learning with working" in higher vocational colleges. We can get a lot of enlightenment from the NYP concept of "teaching factory", including forming vocational education pattern of the government leading, in which enterprise, school, community participate, strengthening the construction of a double-qualified teacher team and college connotation, adopting standardized and flexible teaching management system, carrying out the project teaching, establishing win-win mechanism of school- enterprise cooperation etc.These measures are very important to promote the development of higher vocational education.
