大数据时代少数民族地区高校图书馆馆员核心能力研究

摘　　要：大数据已经深入民心,如何在大数据时代提高少数民族地区高校图书馆馆员的能力已经成为决定民族地区高校图书馆未来发展的决定因素。少数民族地区的高校图书馆馆员必须提高自身修养,找准自己的角色定位,培养核心能力,才能做好少数民族地区信息服务的工作,将少数民族地区的优秀文化广泛传播,发扬光大。从大数据时代馆员的角色定位出发,以内蒙古民族大学图书馆为例,研究了大数据时代少数民族馆员应具备的核心能力和解决办法,希望为少数民族地区图书馆发展提供参考。In the age of big data which has been deeply rooted in the hearts of everyone, How to improve the ability of Librar- ians of university libraries has become the decisive factor of the future development in ethnic minority areas. In or- der to do a good job of information service in minority areas of work ,librarians of university libraries must improve their self-cultivation, find their own role, cultivate the core competence in ethnic minority areas which widely spread the outstanding culture of the minority areas. This article from the role orientation of Librarians of the age of big data, taking the library of Inner Mongolia University for the Nationalities as an example, discusses the core com- petence of the minority librarian who should possess, which provides reference for library development in ethnic mmonty regions
