摘  要:目的对3D打印及计算机辅助技术在临床骨科研究生教学中的应用进行初步探索。方法在对7、8年制临床骨科研究生的教学中,引导学生对X线片、三维CT以及3D打印实体进行对比观察;结合实际病例对3D打印实体讲解,而后再参观手术过程。结果学生在短时间内了解并掌握了复杂脊柱畸形的影像学及分型特点,并对手术方案及手术技巧有基本理解。结论 3D打印及计算机辅助技术对临床骨科研究生教学是一种有效教学方式,值得骨科教师使用并推广。Objective To make a preliminary exploration of the application of 3 D printing and computer-aided technology in orthopedic clinical teaching for medical graduate students.Methods In orthopedic clinical teaching for medical graduate students of seven-and eight-year programs, we instructed the students to observe X-ray, 3D CT and 3D printing entities, explained 3D printing entities with actual cases, and then demonstrated the operation procedures.Results In a short period of time, the students understood and mastered the complex imaging and classification characteristics of spinal deformity, and gained basic understanding of surgical strategies and techniques.Conclusions 3D printing and computer-aided technology is an effective teaching method in orthopedic clinical teaching for medical graduate students;thus it is worth orthopedic teachers'using and popularizing.
