摘  要:为了培养医学生的英语检索、医学文献的收集和阅读、获取专业知识和提升学术交流水平,以ESP理论为指导,全新设计医学英语课程教学模式,教师担当管理者角色,让学生以个体、团队、班级身份参加辩论、角色扮演等不同形式的活动进行学习和交流。实践证明,这样的教学模式能更好地完成教学任务。在改革后的英语教学模式下,医学生的学习热情得到激发,英语兴趣得到培养,学习英语的主动性和综合使用医学英语的能力大大提高,有助于培养出高素质复合型和应用型的医学英语人才。To cultivate students'abilities in English medical literature collection, retrieval and reading to obtain professional knowledge and enhance their level of academic exchanges, we have designed the new teaching mode of medical English based on ESP theory.In this mode, teachers play the role of a manager, making students take part in debates, role-playing and other forms of activities as an individual, in a group or a class for learning and communication.Practice shows that this teaching mode can better accomplish the teaching mission.After the reform of English teaching mode, medical students have their learning enthusiasm stimulated, interest in English learning cultivated, as well as initiative in English learning and ability in comprehensive use of medical English greatly improved.The new mode of medical English teaching helps produce high-quality medical English talents of versatile type and application type.
