摘　　要：护士执业资格考试改革实施4年来,通过分析过去2011年、2012和2013年考点、重难点和题型,深挖护生备考过程中的问题,就护生培训和复习中的迷思提出试行的解决方案。希望通过转变教学观念、改革教学内容,加强实习期间教学过程管理和临床思维锻炼提高护理教育的质量,让护生具备执业所必需的护理专业知识与工作能力。The reform of the Chinese Licensure Examination has been implemented for nurses＇ qualification four years. Through the analysis of the Chinese Licensure Examination contents for Registered Nurses＇ qualification in the past 2011,2012,2013,we found a lot of problems to the students taking exams in the process of preparing for the exam. Therefore,we try to propose solutions for the nursing students in the hope that through changing the teaching concept and content and strengthening the teaching management and clinical thinking training,the nursing education quality can be improved and nursing students can have necessary nursing professional knowledge and working ability.
