社区教育在构建学习型社会中的作用研究

摘　　要：随着中国经济社会的不断发展和城镇化进程的加快,社区在经济社会发展中的地位越来越重要,社区教育对于提高居民生活质量、扩大就业、化解社会矛盾、促进和谐社会建设、创建学习型社会都具有重要意义。多年来的实践与发展,中国的社区教育已经形成自身发展特色,并且积累了丰富的实践经验。但就目前社区教育发展状况而言,依然存在着社会对社区教育的重视不够,社区教育资源贫乏,社区教育职业技能培训偏少,社区居民的参与度不高等问题。因此,应加强对社区教育的管理,整合社区教育资源,提高社区教育内容的实效性,以增强社区教育的吸引力,促进社区教育更快更好地发展,以适应社会发展对公民终身教育的需要。With the quick development of economic society and urbanization process in China,community plays a more important role in the e-conomic and social development.The community education is significant in improving the quality of life of residents,enlarging job employ-ment,defusing social conflicts,promoting the construction of harmonious society and creating a society of learning.After the development and practice for many years,community education in China has formed its own development characteristics and accumulated rich practical ex-perience.However,in the development of community education,there are still many problems,such as lacking of attention on the communi-ty education,community education resource,occupation skill training and participation of community residents.Accordingly,we should strengthen the management of community education,integrate community education resources,and improve the effectiveness of community education contents so as to enhance the attractiveness of community education,to promote faster and better development of community edu-cation and to meet the needs of social development of lifelong education.
