摘　　要：大学改革的无效与大学精神的缺乏不无关系,由于大学精神的缺乏,使得大学改革流于形式、不能深入、半途而废。重新认识大学精神在大学改革中的作用,以大学精神引领大学改革的方向,激发大学改革的生命力,使大学改革形成合力;重塑大学自由学术的理性精神、学术自由的法制精神、学生自由发展的教育精神、服务社会的关怀精神,以促进大学改革的成功。The inefficiency of the university reform,to some extent,results from the lack of university spirit.University reform becomes a mere formality,hard to deepen,and unfinished because of the lack of university spirit.People should recognize the role of university spirit in the university reform with university spirit leading the direction of the university reform,stimulate the vitality of the university reform and make the resultant force of the university reform.People should also recreate the rational spirit of university academic freedom,the spirit of legality in academic freedom,the educational spirit of the students' free development and the caring spirit of serving the community for the success of university reform.
