摘　　要：校企合作人才培养模式,是高职教育的重要组成部分,有效的校企合作能转变人才培养观念,优化人才培养方案,提高人才培养质量.分析高职院校校企合作的技能型人才培养模式存在的问题与原因,提出高职院校校企合作的技能型人才培养模式的发展策略.School-enterprise cooperation is an important part of higher vocational education. It reflects the characteristics of higher vocational education. For vocational colleges,training skilled talents cannot do without school-enterprise cooperation. Only effective school-enterprise cooperation can change the concept of training talents,optimize the personnel training programs,and improve talent training talents. This paper aims to reveal the problems and their causes of school-enterprise cooperation mode of training skilled talents in vocational colleges. It puts forward the development strategy for school-enterprise cooperation mode of training skilled talents in vocational colleges.
