摘　　要：移动学习方兴未艾,它具有便携性、灵活性、情境性、交互性的特点,比较适用于企业高技能培训。本文分析了运用于技能培训的移动学习资源设计的影响因素,从实用性、趣味性、适应性、微型化、多媒体化、交互与反馈、离线与在线相统一等方面提出了相应的设计原则。Mobile learning just in the ascendant,it has characteristics of portability,flexibility,situational,interactive,and is more suitable for high skill training in enterprise.Based on the analysis of the affecting factors in the designing of mobile learning resources for skills training.From the practicability,interesting,adaptability,miniaturization,multimedia,interaction and feedback,offline and online unity etc.,put forward the relevant principles of resource design.
