摘　　要：采用实证研究方法,研究不同IT治理模式下组织绩效的差异,揭示了IT治理模式与组织绩效之间的关系:面向技术决策时IT双寡头制下组织绩效最高,但在面向业务决策时企业更多地选择联邦制和业务君主制等,为管理者根据不同IT决策类型选择合适的IT治理模式提供了实证依据。Empirical method has been taken to study the difference of organization performances in different models of IT governance and explore the relationship between IT governance model and organization performance. For technology decision-making under IT duopoly,the organization performance is the best,but for business decision,most firms choose federal system or business monarchy. This study can provide empirical basis for the governors to choose IT governance models according to different IT decision-makings.
